We are the longest-established executive search firm in Orange County, California, founded over 37 years ago. While we are local we also place people both nationally and internationally.
What additional value do you provide your candidates?
We don't waste people's time. We won't provide Clients with "beauty shows" just to prove we can parade Candidates in front of them. Where geographically feasible, we personally meet and get to know both the Clients and the Candidates so that when we send a Candidate out it's to a company where they have a reasonable chance of getting hired. We also prepare Candidates for their interviews and will coach them on their interviewing skills and presentations.
