Job Description

Specialty chemical manufacturer is seeking Continuous ImprovementChemical Process Engineer
Seeking LEANor SIX SIGMA experience with a BS or MS in ChE, ideally with 5-15 years related experience.
Also, experience with "data analytics" is a major plus.
High purity specialty chemicals for high performing products, including life sciences.
PE license is a plus. Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
Located within commuting distance of Augusta,GA

Will be an Individual Contributor/Team Player/ and TeamLeader for various Process Improvement Projects in the Life Sciences industry(ideally pharmaceutical or active pharmaceutical ingredients).
* Troubleshoot and improve manufacturing and production issues – best practices
* Provide and implement Solutions
* Enhance safety and environmental regulations and requirements in positive and cost effective ways
* Analyze, develop, configure and optimize production process (DMAIC methodology)
* Lead/Manage Six Sigma projects
* Mentor other engineers
