Cooper Staffing is very selective in the candidates we submit to our clients. If our client requires a candidate to have A, B, C, and D, we will not submit a candidate that only has A and B.

We prepare our candidates thoroughly. We communicate with them regularly. We make ourselves available 24/7 (nights, weekends, etc.). Most recruiting firms do not do that. We give feedback immediately. If the candidate is not moving forward, we let them know. We never leave anyone hanging.
