Job Description

Pro Staff is now recruiting a Business Analyst for our manufacturing client in Glenwood! In this role, you’ll be responsible for analyzing current practices and objectives and implementing processes to improve business operations.

Main duties include:

-Assist in development of management analysis program objectives
-Develop detailed project plans, including budget and resources needed to support objectives and strategies
-Plan study of work procedures that affect organizational change, communications, information flow and integration solutions
-Effectively communicate with management to assure smooth functioning of newly implemented systems or procedures
-Assess newly implemented work processes
-Assist in the development of operational manuals outlining methods of performing work in accordance with organizational policy

Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree from four-year college/university or 5 years related experience/training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Ability to analyze and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and government regulations.
-Ability to write reports and manuals
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Proficiency in math, geometry and basic algebra
-Problem solving skills
-Working knowledge of manufacturing related software, Microsoft Office and Visio
