What will you be doing? Some of the key responsibilities of this position include:

• Leading complete small and mid-sized project estimates as primary Estimator
• Managing assigned trade scopes as part of a team under a lead Senior Estimator for larger and longer-term pursuits
• Assemble accurate and well-organized estimates and proposals in a timely manner for Lump Sum Price, Design/Build and Construction Manager/General Contractor project contract types.
• Provide clear detailed quantity take offs.
• Organize and tabulate subcontractor’s quotations, ensuring proposals meet contract documents and project intent
• Complete budgeting for projects and track the same from Concept Design through Construction Documents
• Identification of potential construction risks
• Review documents for constructability and completeness, mitigating scope gaps
• Develop and maintain relationships with sub‐contractors and clients.
• Ensure operations personnel are provided with proper documentation related to projects.
• Formulate cost break down from estimates, including trend log adjustments and variance reports
• Active contributor in design and precon OAC meetings.
