Job Description

Melissa is a global data quality technology company which provides cloud based and on premise solutions for address and identity verification and data quality management. We are looking for a dedicated and energetic individual with AWS, Linux and Windows administration skills to manage systems in our production environments worldwide.
POSITION CAN BE HYBRID OF IN-OFFICE AND WFH AFTER TRAINING

Skills we are looking for:
• Linux system administration and shell scripting, especially Ubuntu or other Debian based distributions
• Package management – to upgrade and patch Linux applications
• IT Security and cybersecurity threat prevention and management
• Windows system administration
• Deploy and manage instances in AWS cloud
• Dockers and Kubernetes familiarity
• VPN Deployment
• Good written/verbal communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and team skills
• VOIP SAAS deployment (preferably Zoom)

Typical responsibilities:
• Install, configure and maintain AWS and on-prem environments with production-grade containerized applications, orchestration.
• Administration of Linux and Windows Systems with periodic updates
• Monitoring and troubleshooting of web services including weekly web services updates
• Assist with technical problems with desktop computing equipment and software
• Develop scripts to streamline data processing systems
• Availability to assist global team with maintenance of systems on a 24x7 basis
• Participate in SOC2 and FedRAMP compliance by following established procedures, maintaining documentation and providing evidence to auditors as needed
