Who We're Looking For:
The Marketing Analyst helps drive dynamic online and offline marketing campaigns through data analysis and reporting. The role has visibility into traditional mailings, email, and digital campaigns, including but not limited to, paid search, display, social and YouTube. The role delivers analysis and insights that enables the Melissa marketing teams to optimize customer touchpoints and improve the overall customer experience.

Your Responsiblities:
• Support the marketing team with deep-dive analysis of digital, PPC and email marketing campaigns enabling informed decisions around landing page optimization and goal realization.
• Identify customer profile and buying patterns from disparate data sources.
• Make recommendations for improvements to our standard analytics reports and dashboards.
• Audit sales metrics and KPIs to improve outreach efforts and shorten buying cycle times.
• Assist with tag implementations and coordinating changes with web developers.
• Perform A/B and MV testing.

Your Qualifications
• Expertise in web analytics using tools like Google Analytics
• Strong web and digital campaign analytics skills and experience
• Superb research, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Familiarity with market research and survey techniques
• Strong project management and consulting skills. Self-starter with an ability to work in an unstructured environment.
• Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
• Experience creating simple SQL queries and basic SQL Server reports
• Experience in A/B and multivariate testing
• Bachelor’s degree in math, statistics or related quantitative field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in marketing or similar analytics group
