Job Description

Melissa is looking for a Marketing Specialist to assist and maintain the integrity of contact data and information to support marketing and sales efforts through Customer Relationship Management (CRM) automation. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, self-motivated and detail-oriented. They position will focus on assisting in demand generation campaigns to drive prospect and customer engagement for the marketing and sales team.

Your Responsibilities (but not limited to):
-Create, maintain and update contact and company lists to ensure data integrity for marketing communications
-Assist, create and execute demand generation campaigns, managing workflows and triggered programs to drive, engage, re-activate and win back lapsed prospects and customers through nurturing and automation outreach
-Create, develop, and execute marketing campaigns like emails, newsletters and product advisories
-Create, prepare and streamline any CRM workflow and documentation processes
-Complete administrative duties such data collection and collating; lead entry; conducting market research; gather customer feedback; and coordinate case study participants
-Support marketing and communications and sales development activities
-Other marketing and community related tasks to support the department and company
-Be able to self-troubleshoot, problem solve and prioritize projects

Requirements
-1-2 years direct experience in CRM and email marketing platforms, preferably in tech/data/software industry
-1-2 years direct experience in digital and marketing platforms
-Knowledge and understanding of CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce or other marketing automation software
-Knowledge of A/B testing, cross-channel marketing, and customer lifecycle including personalization
-Highly organized and proactive with a strong attention to detail
