Job Description
Our Survey Team is seeking a Land Survey Office Technician in our Columbus, Ohio office! We’re open to speaking with candidates of any experience level. A successful candidate will be responsible for performing general operations with the survey group. The best fit candidate should be open to learn all aspects of surveying, and willing to be hands on and operations vary depending on the amount of experience the candidate has.
Key Responsibilities
- Candidate will assist the survey group with all aspects of the office side of operations.
- This is a full-time field position that will be involved in ALTA/NSPS surveys, boundary surveys, & topographic surveys.
- Some projects may require site visits on construction sites and boundary research.
- Regular use of Trimble Business Center.
Qualifications and Requirements
- AutoCAD experience required.
- Knowledge of Trimble Business Center is preferred.
- Experience with O.R.D. is a plus!
- Experience with Boundary Research is preferred but not required.
- Must have organizational skills and be comfortable adjusting to client needs.
- A positive teaming personality is a must at MSG, as we work alongside different teams to complete each project for our clients.
