Job Description


We’re seeking an experienced IT Technician for an immediate opening with our growing team! This candidate can train out of our offices in Canton MI or Maumee OH. After training is completed, candidate may work out of any of our offices or remote work may be available.

The Mannik & Smith Group is a premier multi-disciplined engineering / environmental consulting firm that works with an exclusive collection of some of the best and fastest growing private entities, municipalities and government agencies in the nation specializing in Civil, Geo/Environmental, Construction, and Transportation.

- 3 - 5 years of experience is preferred.
- Practical experience working in IT, preferably in Consulting, Service, or Support.
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to research, communicate with a team and maintain an organized workload.
- Manage Server / System / Firmware Updates and Logs such as, but not limited to:
o Sophos UMT
o Kroll / Red Canary
o Sophos Endpoint
o Riverbed Steelhead Mobile
- Microsoft Azure Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
o Follow up on any PIM and related security alerts.
- Windows OS Imaging and Updates.
o Maintain, test and update OS imaging, and MSGWSUS.
- KnowBe4 Phish Email and Training Campaigns.
- Newforma Project Imports. (Project Information Management System.)
- Learning and assisting employees using MSGHelp Support. (Internal Support System.)
Additional Responsibilities Include:
- Installation of additional applications by request.
- Provide assistance to anyone experiencing issues within MSG tech systems, or assist with tech issues on a daily basis.
