Project Manager/Owner’s Representative 55+ community construction - Port St. Lucy/Fort Pierce

Job Description
We are seeking an Owner’s Representative for Developer. If you are eager to join an organization that is passionate about giving back to the communities in which they work, you’ve found the right organization.
The Owner’s Representative is a tremendous relationship builder, works extremely hard to build collaboration with those they work with, enjoys creative thinking, is a strong communicator, and always drives to work in the most ethical and truthful way.
The Owner’s Representative will produce positive business results not only for the Company but for our Partners (Clients) too. The individual must be experienced in planning, managing, and coordinating the activities connected with Design, Construction, and Furnishing of projects for different types of facilities and many Partners.
The Owner’s Representative should be experienced in all methods of design, construction, scheduling, budgeting, subcontract agreements, procurement, buy out/award, reporting, and all connected documentation (Designer/builder selection and contracting, general contractor and subcontractor identification, selection and contracting of contractors, bid tabulation, bid explanation, project management from an Owner’s perspective, and the use of project management tools and systems).
An important part of this role is being able to interact with Team Members, Designers/builders, vendors, contractors, and subcontractors (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, and sometimes under pressure. For this reason, the ability to remain flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, is extremely important. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making abilities, and attention to detail are also just as important.
Requirements:
• 5-8+ years’ experience in a Project Manager or Owner’s Representative role
• Ground up building experience is a must with knowledge of 55+ communities
o Ability to multi-task and work quickly while maintaining an extremely high level of accuracy
o Strong analytical/problem-solving skills. Ability to research complex issues and develop creative and effective solutions
o Ability to meet multiple deadlines in an environment where requirements and priorities change frequently
o Proficiency in job cost forecasting
o Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills
o Proficient in Microsoft Excel
o Demonstrated experience in accountability for the success of a project, both from a schedule and financial perspective
