Job Description

PROCESS & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT CHEMICAL ENGINEERS POSITIONS.
Several positions in the Carolinas & Georgia. A couple positions are near Augusta, GA. Other locations nationwide.
Requires BS or MS ChE degree, with 10+ years chemical manufacturing experience.
Batch Organic Specialty Chemicals.
Process Support to Operations - Troubleshooting - Debottlenecking
Some design for projects - process improvement - quality - production - environmental and safety enhancements
Ideally using Six Sigma & Lean Manufacturing (DMAIC) methodology.
*Use DMAIC (Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control) tools - mission accomplishments! • Must be familiar with leading Operational Excellence and Process Troubleshooting projects• A structured and active/creative thinker who sees things from a systems/process perspective• Creative Thinker & Collaborative Doer. Problem Identifier & Solutions Provider/Implementer. Root Cause Analysis. Leader/MentorSome titles with companies are: Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement
