Job Description

Seeking Mechanical Plant Engineers for Maintenance, Reliability & Project engineering positions with chemical manufacturing experience.
Proactively monitor and report the operation and maintenance of a continuous chemical process. Provide technical support for all organizational levels and functions. Suggest modifications to equipment, operating techniques, and support systems and coordinate the successful completion of assigned projects. Provide back up coverage to Supervisory Staff if necessary. Off site travel may be required as directed.
*Maintain/enhance equipment & operations for EHS compliance
• *Mechanical integrity: Process control; Evaporators; Heat Exchangers; Pumps; Filtration systems; Centrifuges; Crystallizers; Slurries handling; Rotary kilns, chemical reactors, distillation
• *Project responsibilities: on time and under budget
• *Conduct process hazards reviews.
*Input into Process design, commissioning, and production support.
• Develops and expands understanding of process chemistry; monitors, reports, and seeks to improve all factors influencing raw materials and energy efficiencies for production support.
• Provides input and influences development of daily through annual capital/maintenance plans.
• Supports all reliability improvement, cost minimization, and regulatory compliance efforts.
• Monitors plant operating conditions using existing technology and methods. Suggests and develops new tools for this effort. Improve quality. Interact with customers as needed.
• Strong interpersonal skills required. Individual contributor and team player.
• REQUIRES BS ME degree with 7+ years chemical manufacturing experience.
• MUST be eligible to work in the US (without sponsorship and already be living in the US).
