We work with businesses and individuals in all areas of the employment sector. In addition to our expert services, we also partner with other business services and consulting firms to meet all of your unique needs.

What separates Asson & Associates Staffing II from its competitors?

We work with our applicants on searches as oppose to just the one opportunity they submitted a resume to. If there is a position that the applicant sees online we work with our resources to try and get their resume to the hiring manager. Every conversation is more personal as our goal is try to know you and learn about your work history and ethic.

 

What additional value do you provide your candidates?

We provide them with feedback on their resume good or bad once it's submitted to the hiring manager. We make sure that the end of every week, we send them an update on their resume submittal for the position they were submitted for.

 

What gets you most excited about Asson & Associates Staffing II?

The idea that we can make a difference in an applicants life by matching them to the best position. The ability to speak with people on all levels and provide the best service that we can.

 

What does it take to be successful at Asson & Associates Staffing II?

We like for our staff to be able to be that people person and not just treat a candidate as a number in our database or a candidate that will fill a position. We want to be remembered for the level of service that we gave to a candidate or a hiring manager to assist them with filling a position or obtaining a new job.
