Job Description

Our client is a new and upcoming direct-to-consumer deodorant company that has been rapidly growing since 2018. They are looking for a Head of Ecommerce to help with their expansion in the digital world.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee the company’s eCommerce strategy and digital marketing roadmap

- Manage and execute all digital activities

- Maintain a modern eCommerce site that is on-brand, mobile-first, and drives leads

- Initiate continuous optimization to the website and the digital marketing channels

- Lead customer acquisition efforts which include all digital marketing (paid social, search, etc).

- Manage internal team and external partners to deliver scale-able campaigns that grow the business.

- Lead retention efforts that include subscription on the eCommerce site and CRM/email marketing.

- Integrate with the company’s marketing team on brand awareness and building activities to maximize marketing/sales in the eCommerce channel

Qualifications:

- 8+ years experience in eCommerce roles with a track record of success

- Deep understanding of paid digital channels, and tactics to drive revenue and growth

- Data-driven with strong analytical abilities geared towards testing and optimization across performance marketing channels

- A keen eye for effective design

- Ability to maintain creative brand standards while also delivering results through-out digital touchpoints

- Proficiency in Shopify and Google Analytics, a plus

- Knowledge of Klaviyo, a plus

- Experience at a digitally-native consumer products company, a plus

- Collaborative, team player with a positive spirit and can-do attitude
