Doug Anderson's Jobs at FPC of Dallas
Recruiter | FPC of Dallas
"Senior National Recruiting Expert Specializing in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution and Operations"

About Company
We target top talent for our clients within Supply Chain. Clients are from Fortune 500 down to small entities. Our firm only employs staff with REAL LIFE experience within the Supply Chain and Operations Industries! Experience the difference!

What makes you an industry expert for FPC of Dallas?

Before Consulting and Recruiting 10 years ago, I spent over 20 years at all levels within the Supply Chain. Real life experience helps me to identify with Clients and Candidates on all levels. It works!

Describe an ideal candidate for FPC of Dallas?

More than the typical good worker. Do you go beyond? Balance strategy and tactical? Work/Life balance? Can you incent reports without fear? Tough questions await my candidates.

What separates FPC of Dallas from its competitors?

Experience in the real working world brought into a recruiting firm. Knowledge of the whole process from BOTH sides of the table. 100% retention rate from my clients. I fire clients that do not treat candidates and staff with respect. I've been on both sides...I know how to care.

What additional value do you provide your candidates?

I give full-disclosure about the company considering them. No sugar-coating. I give them talking points and training for the interview. Our preparation is like a final exam and the actual interview is a pop-quiz!

What gets you most excited about FPC of Dallas?

We love to see the match made between our clients and candidates. We strive to get a strong cultural match. People quit their boss, not their job. We want you to learn, know and anticipate what it will be like in your new opportunity.

What does it take to be successful at FPC of Dallas?

Do what you say. Say what you do. Honesty. Be realistic in your expectations...plus a little. Respect FPC, our clients and yourself. If this is only about you alone, there are recruiters that may like that. Just not here.
