Job Description

Blue Line Talent is seeking a Manager of PeopleSoft I.S. with expertise in Grants for this direct hire position in downtown Denver. Reporting to the Sr. Director, this is an excellent role for a hands-on I.S. manager to lead PeopleSoft initiatives across four major enterprise sites. This is a highly visible role with a respected Colorado-based org.

Location: Denver, CO area (downtown location)

Position Title: Manager, PeopleSoft I.S.

Position Details:
• Manage team of business systems analysts responsible for PeopleSoft Grants Suite
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand, manage and prioritize business requirements
• Manage requirements life cycle, functional design, PeopleSoft upgrades, enhancements, test, etc.
• Manage prioritization, estimation, resolution and test of production tickets
• Communicate project status to stakeholders, project managers
• Deliver metrics, reports, roadmaps, I.S. recommendations, long term strategy
• Deliver PeopleSoft I.S. team mentorship
• Responsible for risk assessments, business continuity, and business capability requirements

Experience Profile:
• BS (or higher) in Computer Science or other directly related degree, and 10+ years of overall experience
• Experience managing I.S. team, direct reports, in a continuous improvement environment
• Current expertise in PeopleSoft Grants Suite - Grants, Project Costing, Contracts, Billing, A/R, etc.
• Experience leading/managing PeopleSoft upgrades and PUM/Selective adoption cycles
• Experience gathering requirements, creating designs, and creating test plans
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving production support issue
• Excellence in presenting information effectively, clearly, and concisely - written and verbal
• Superior interpersonal and communication skills at the management level
• Stable employment history of direct employment

• MS, MBA in IS/CIS or a related subject
• Experience with PeopleSoft Financials, PeopleTools Application Designer, PeopleSoft Query
• Experience with other PeopleSoft Finance/HCM modules
• Cloud-based PeopleSoft solutions
