Job Description

Position Summary

The CRM Administration is responsible for improving sales results by providing user support and maintaining ALLDATA’s sales force automation solution. Duties include recommending improvements to Microsoft Dynamics CRM, resolving user help tickets, and maintaining data hygiene and accuracy. The candidate must be comfortable interacting with diverse business users including executives, sales professionals, IT developers, and support staff.

Position Responsibilities

  • Maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment

  • Improve user workflow within Microsoft Dynamics CRM

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Microsoft Dynamics CRM user problems

  • Provide CRM coaching and training to Sales professionals as needed

  • Research and document recommendations for 3rd party solutions

  • Participate in departmental meetings and committees.

  • This position has no direct reports.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 2-3 years in related fields (user and customer support)

  • Experience with sales force automation software preferred (MS CRM, Salesforce, SugarCRM)

  • Expertise using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Working knowledge of SQL queries useful (MS SQL Server and MySQL)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Other duties may be assigned
