Part-Time and Full-time Positions Available

​Seeking high-energy individuals that excel in providing safe, efficient customer service in a high-paced environment!

Brief Job Description:
​Valet attendants strive to create an elevated, prestigious parking experience for our clients and their guests.
Greet, ticket, park, and retrieve customer vehicles with a friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
Operate primarily at high-end restaurants in Midtown and West Midtown.
Paid-training and cash-tips allow for quick, liquid income with a high earning potential.
On-going training for continued growth in the field.
Flexible scheduling, perfect for college students or those seeking additional sources of income.
Emphasis on safety in the work-place, both when driving and running. Friendly, Safe, Efficient.
All candidates may be subject to a pre-employment background check.
​Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
Strong interpersonal communication skills and must be able to speak, read, and right English fluently.
Must be able to drive both automatic and manual-transmission vehicles.
Seeking athletic individuals as the position does entail periods of vigorous cardiovascular activity.
Previous driving/customer-service experience preffered.
Outline of Duties and Responsibilities:
​Arrive each day prepared and on-time. Proper grooming and uniform required.
Set-up lot signage and equipment, as needed.
Accurately track and calculate hours worked, cars, parked, money off lot, etc.
Properly greet each guest as they arrive and assist in opening passenger doors; ticketing the vehicle.
Quickly document any pre-existing damages to vehicles.
Park vehicles in provided space quickly and efficiently while treating the guests vehicle with the upmost care.
Maintain an organized and clean workspace.
Preemptively mitigate lost-keys, damages, and theft by following Phoenix Parking's safety protocols.
Promptly return guest vehicle in the condition it was received, graciously thanking them for their patronage.
Tidy lot and lockup equipment when closing.
Handle cash deposits to the bank and to coworkers in a timely fashion.
