Job Description

Description: Candidate will be responsible for actively developing new pharma and biotech business to drive new revenue growth in the U.S. Responsibilities include but not limited to acquiring new business and developing relationships through individual’s pre-existing contacts, and may possibly include taking over existing client work. Candidate must be technically independent much of the time, be well experienced in compiling and writing RFP proposals, working in depth with internal core teams and clients for successful technical transfers, have a strong understanding of regulatory and their applications into CMC manufacturing (ICH Q7A), and be the primary contact for customers to ensure both client and Company's interests are well aligned at all times. Candidate will be able to provide input into internal cost structures, propose and help develop strategy for business development into existing and unexplored markets.

Requirements: Ph.D. in Chemistry and 12+ yrs industry experience, of which >8 yrs is in Business.
Travel: Domestic and international travel required 30-40% of time.
Compensation: Base salary + target >10% bonus
