Job Description

VISION: Privately-held; multi-plant, global manufacturer of specialty products targeting multiple channels. Company had record revenues in 2017 and is expecting 15% growth for 2018 and in 2019.

OPPORTUNITY: Report to C-level within a proactive business with 400+ employees (non-union). Responsible for achieving all staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; managing relocations and intern programs across all functions. Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for hourly staff, and facilitate broader talent acquisition processes. Lead onboarding initiatives and assist in the development and execution of training and development programs.

REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years of related experience in recruiting; experience in a global manufacturing company strongly preferred. PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred. Ability to maintain sensitive and/or confidential information. Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

REWARD: $70,000-80,000 DOE plus bonus and excellent benefits
