Job Description

Alliance Payroll Services is the premier Human Capital Management (HCM) solution provider in the United States. We are actively looking to add a new salesperson to our family working out of the main office in The Woodlands, TX.
This position is the ideal fit for an individual that is looking for a long term career. Unlike other HCM providers, our salespeople can sell to whomever they develop a relationship with regardless of location and business size.
Position Highlights:
• Expand existing business partner relationships in the Texas market.
• Assist with web and call-in prospect requests
• Compensation includes Salary, Commission, and Bonus Commission
• Develop new business with prospects in and outside of the Houston area
Essential Job Functions:
• Source, engage, and educate prospective clients in the value of Alliance Payroll Services.
• Sell the full suite of products and services in person, online, and over the phone.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with Clients, Associations, Brokers, and Referral Partners.
• Manage new client conversions to ensure a successful onboarding experience.
• Maintain account relationships after the initial sale.
• Meet and exceed agreed upon sales plan and activity level.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM records.
• Ability to present software solutions.
• Travel six to 15 days per year.
