Job Description

JOB TITLE:                 Recruiter
REPORTS TO:            Executive Director of Human Resource
FLSA STATUS:            Exempt
JOB OVERVIEW:        The Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of recruiting success. This includes development of recruitment 
                                     plans, employing traditional sourcing strategies as well as developing innovative recruiting initiatives. This position
                                     will play a critical role in ensuring THERAPY 2000 is selecting the best possible talent.
 
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media and internet sites
• Utilizes internet for posting positions
• Utilizes social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
• Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing/screening applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references
• Coordinates interviews
• Communicates regularly with managers and employees to establish rapport, gauge morale and source new candidate leads
• Create job offers and follow through with pre-employment requirements
• Other duties as assigned
 
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s degree with 3-5 years' of experience or equivalent work experience in HR and Recruiting.  
• Proficient with internet usage for sourcing/pipelining
• Proficient with all Microsoft Office products
• Writing effective search strings in order to produce/pipeline candidates
• Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service
• Solid knowledge with applicant tracking systems and databases
 
OSHA:
I-Position is considered to have opportunity for routine exposure to blood borne pathogens in the normal performance of job duties.
II- Position is considered to have occasional opportunity for exposure to blood borne pathogens in the normal performance of job duties.
III-Position is considered to have no occupational exposure to blood borne pathogens in the normal performance of job duties.
