Job Description

Position: Financial Analyst

Family of Kidz is seeking a proactive and engaging Financial Analyst who is passionate about working with a best-in-class team that delivers the highest quality of care to families of children with special needs.

At Family of Kidz, you will be joining a dynamic Finance Team where each team member is incredibly valued!

About this role:
• Full Time Financial Analyst
• Westbury, NY
• Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm
• Salary is $65,000-$70,000 based on education, certifications and experience

Responsibilities:
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
• Oversee and manage the continued development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting and Operating Plans
• Support monthly reporting requirements and update Cash Flow projections used by management
• Lead internal ad-hoc reporting/analysis requests in support of corporate and business unit initiatives
• Provide support on special projects including M&A, capital structure activities and other initiatives to assist with the growth of our company
• Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies and understand ROI in business initiatives and investments
• Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
• Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes
• Other reasonable job duties as assigned

About You:

And this background:
• Bachelor’s in finance, Accounting or Mathematics.
• 2+ years of progressive experience in a finance role on a high performance team, healthcare experience a plus
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools like Tableau or Looker, SQL experience a plus
