Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator - Summary:

The Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for performing functions supporting HR and the recruitment life-cycle relating to traveling therapists. As part of our HR team, you will processes multiple personnel actions and ensure proper documentation, procedures and guidelines are followed.

Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator - Responsibilities:
• Full-cycle travelers procurement process – nationwide
• Ensure necessary and accurate credentials are received to finalize clearance according to Human Resources standards
• Maintain existing and look to establish new relationships with various 3rd party staffing agencies to ensure proper placement of all contracted therapists (i.e. confirmation, new contracts, credentialing process and extensions)
• Maintain /Update current vendor email distribution list for successful email blasts of all travel and permanent openings
• Work closely with Regional Directors out in the field to resolve all traveler/contractor issues
• Ensure clearance for all travelers/contractors (i.e. license verification, background check, drug test, TB, etc.)
• Actively update internal database with applicable notes and activity
• Coordinate or assist with housing, obtaining state license, expense reimbursements, and travel assignments for Internal Travelers Program
• Coordinates and ensures timely shipment of materials for recruiting events (association conferences, career fairs, CEU events)
• Campus Recruiting - work closely with schools nationwide, developing relationships and communication regarding our openings
• Special projects as assigned

Human Resources Recruiting Coordinator - Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (REQUIRED)
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with a contingency search firm, Human Resources/Recruitment department
• Effective computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Ability to work alone or as part of a team on a broad variety of projects
• Ability to be patient, adaptable and maintain confidentiality
• Strong ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast paced, changing environment
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with different levels within the organization
• Proven reliability, trustworthiness, flexibility and high ethical of standards
