The Simple Greek is redefining the traditional Greek restaurant with an interactive concept that combines premium ingredients, open kitchens and Greek atmosphere in a fast casual setting. Proudly featuring the authentic flavors and spices of Greece and the Mediterranean seaboard, the menu features a variety of dishes such as build your own bowls, salads, pitas and Greek yogurt with a variety of proteins, toppings and sides to choose from at an affordable price. The Simple Greek prepares all meats and ingredients daily to ensure the highest level of quality and freshness. Our interactive ordering process allows you, the customer to ask questions about the food while being able to see the fresh, handmade dishes being prepared right in front of you.

Team members primary job is to make and serve great food in a clean environment while ensuring all customers leave happy. We hire people who want to grow and develop their skills! We don’t hire for multiple entry-level positions, instead we hire team members and train them to be cashiers, cooks, dishwashers, food prep experts, kitchen specialists! Maintains a clean and safe working environment by following cleaning and organization procedures including cleaning tables, counters, floors, restrooms, prep area, kitchen utensils, dishes, taking out the garbage, etc.

Other tasks as assigned, but not limited to, following all Company policies and procedures

The ideal candidate:
Willing to learn new tasks and ready to execute tasks the correct way

Enthusiastic and friendly with customers

Follows checklists, recipes, and all The Simple Greek standards

A team player and help others when needed

Believes that challenging situations are an opportunity for learning and personal development

Has reliable transportation to and from the work location

Able to perform all essential functions of the position

Able to stand and walk for up to 7 hours per day

Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds

Able to exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to 7 hours in length

Able to adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency

Able to perform basic math calculations, basic reading, listening and speaking skills

Able to read and follow recipes and sanitation guides

Able to use cooking and/or baking measurement tools according to the listed recipe
