Job Description


As part of the Business Support Services Team, the Data Coordinator is responsible for providing financial and administrative services to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations. The Data Coordinator will update and maintain database information (customers, vendors, products, routes, etc.), enter pricing information into 3rd party web portals, update and maintain wholesale, promotional, and front line pricing as well as off invoice pricing plans and provide general administrative support.


• Enter and update Customer Onboarding paperwork in NorthStar.

• Enter and update Vendor information in Great Plains and NorthStar.

• Enter and update wholesale, promotional and front line prices in NorthStar.

• Continue to ensure data integrity and accuracy in NorthStar and Great Plains.

• Enter and update pricing information into 3rd party portals as needed.

• Provide reports as needed to management.

• Provide general support for other positions in the Business Support Services.

• Communicate with co-workers, management and others in a courteous and professional manner.

• Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.

• Conform to all safety rules and use all appropriate safety equipment.

• Work with all levels of company employees as a team striving to achieve common goals.


• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associates Degree preferred or 2-3 years’ experience in data entry

• PC, Windows based database exposure, spreadsheet proficient

• 10-key proficient

• Work in an office environment; sustained posture in a seated position for prolonged periods of time; may utilize a computer terminal for prolonged periods of time.

• Work involves walking, talking and hearing, using hands to handle, feel or operate objects. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to focus when using computer terminal.

• The noise level in the work environment can be moderately noisy due to manufacturing and/or warehousing equipment in operation.

• Working hours are from 8 am to 5 pm depending upon schedules and the season, Monday through Friday with a one-hour lunch break, and 40 hours per week. Additional hours may be required occasionally.
