Job Description

International Guard Services is hiring Full Time Office Assistant/Recruiter. You will be responsible for recruiting, handling a high volume of calls, and client inquiries as well as greeting guests in a warm and professional manner. The ideal candidate will have a positive personality with a strong ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
· Answer a busy phone line system and route calls appropriately
· Post ads and review resumes
· Contact potential candidates
· Schedule interviews and orientations
· Assist clients with inquiries and scheduling needs
· Greet visitors and maintain office appearance
· Process incoming/outgoing mail correspondence and packages
· Manage and maintain files and records
· Additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
· Prior reception or office experience required.
· Multitasking skills
· Problem-solving skills
· Strong customer service skills
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Professional and pleasant phone demeanor.
· Highly organized and detail-oriented.
· Positive and collaborative attitude.
· Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
· Proficient with Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other Microsoft applications.
General Duties Include
· Manage incoming and outgoing office calls.
· Manage correspondence via email, social media & post mail.
· Work with Operation Manager & Scheduler to post new hire ads in a timely manner.
· Help New Hires with Onboarding using an online system.
· Other duties as needed or required.
Education:
· High school or equivalent (Required)
· Some College (Preferred)
Experience:
· Customer Service: 2 year (Required)
· Computer Skills: 2 year (Required)
