Job Description

Human Resources Director (HRBP)
Location: near Philadelphia, PA
Salary & Bonus & Equity

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be the primary HR business partner for a division of the organization. This position will report to the Chief People Officer with a strong dotted line to the Divisional Vice President of the group. The HRBP will be the partner working with the divisions leadership team to create effective HR strategies for advancing the business. Through deep knowledge of the business, people and organizational needs, the HRBP will effectively lead the organization on engagement and efficient utilization of human capital. This role provides thought leadership in the areas of HR business planning, talent management, organizational design, organizational effectiveness, and change management. This role will lead a team of two HRBPs as well as interface with the HR centers of excellence in the deployment of key programs and initiatives to provide strategic HR services that support successful achievement of business objectives and goals across the organization.

- Leads the strategic and tactical delivery of HR services to client groups including ownership of business partnering processes
- Provides input and guidance as needed on contract terms with clients relating to human capital.
- Acts as effective business partner to division leadership team members and infrastructure groups
- Provides daily leadership and accountability for all aspects of division HR field organization fostering a positive working relationship between HR and operations.
- Partner with business leaders to build and execute human capital strategy in achievement of overall business strategy, objectives and goals
- Builds strong relationship with HRBP's of the Employer Solutions Division to insure that programs and resources are leveraged effectively across H&W enterprise
- Apply strong technical expertise in the areas of HR strategic planning, organizational design and change management in developing and implementing strategies and solutions to address organizational and people related challenges
- Acts as key partner with CPO and HR Centers of Excellence to build a best practice HR organization and effectively design, implement, communicate, manage and enhance HR programs and initiatives.
- HR leader on significant business events including reorganizations, business transformation, aggressive growth initiatives, business model evolution, integration undertakings, etc.
- Develops success metrics for HRBP area of responsibility to measure business impact/ROI. Reports progress to CPO and senior executive team to demonstrate business impact.
- Drive performance and talent management actions with client groups including familiarity with tools, programs and guidelines
- Advises client group of `need-for-action' lead indicators, so that the organization can address human capital issues proactively.
- Develops and motivates a high performance team of HR Business Partners.
- Leads personal performance plans for accelerated professional growth, education and skills development for HR Business Partners.
- Provides strategic oversight and guidance regarding human capital management to spark the creation of new progressive programs to augment current enterprise initiatives.
- Develops high impact solutions for clients through understanding of client strategies, operational issues, human resources and marketplace challenges.
- Nurtures personal and professional growth and development by attending appropriate conferences, establishing professional affiliations and monitoring the latest industry trends to advise company stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Minimum ten (10) years progressively expanding experience in human resources
- Minimum five (5) years experience leading a team of HR professionals.
- Knowledge of overall HR functions and service delivery to clients
- Demonstrated organizational design and change management expertise required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and to navigate leaders through a variety of organizational changes, such as organizational transformation.
- Strong business acumen and results orientation
- Ability to relate to, influence and coach colleagues at all levels throughout organization
- Excellent team leadership skills.
- Excellent human resources skills
- Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills.
- Strong inter personal skills, communications "“ written and verbal, relationship and collaboration skills, conflict mediation and negotiation, presentation
- Demonstrates high integrity
- Bachelors' degree required, Masters degree and/or SPHR certification preferred.
- Able to travel up to 30-50%
