MSG anticipates strong growth through increased employment and opening of new offices, similar to the past 10 years that included the addition of over 100 new employees, expansion into several new business markets and the opening of three new offices. Our design teams believe that great design comes out of a commitment to quality, creativity, and collaboration. Technical Skill/Creative Spirit is part of our core philosophy. We believe in technical excellence and a creative spirit to provide modern solutions to clients’ problems. At MSG, we create unique experiences through work environment and diversity of projects, clients and teams. We are looking for team members that want to make an impact in the transportation field and who want to be a part of a team that is changing the mobility landscape in our cities and on our roadways.

Responsibilities include project development, storm water design, cost estimates and detailed design
- Understanding trends and best practices in roadway design and transportation
- Using technical skills and applying a creative spirit to problem solving
