Job Description

CHEMICAL PROCESS ENGINEER POSITION in the Cleveland/Ashtabula, OH area:
Specialty chemical manufacturer is seeking a 7+ BS ChE with Process, Production, Project, Plant & Controls Engineering experience. Batch and Continuous Operations.
*Daily troubleshooting, optimization and continuous improvements process and projects
*Troubleshooting, identify and resolve root causes, and implement best cost projects on a timely basis
*Utilize Process Safety Practices(Process Safety Management & Risk Management Program)
*Ensure/Enhance EHS, Quality, & Production
*Develop some Process Design, Process Flow Diagrams, P&IDs, and Heat & Material Balances
*Process Controls support of PLCs, programming, troubleshooting, and ladder logic
*Train operators as needed
