Describe an ideal candidate for McCain Boiler Services?

Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience on industrial projects. Should be capable of welding, fitting, piping work, rigging, and other tasks. Candidates must be capable of working in confined spaces accessible through 11” x 15” manway openings at times. Ability as excellent fitter or to certify with SMAW welding, 6G position is required.
