Job Description

Specialty chemical manufacturer in the Charlotte, NC area is seeking a Chemical Process Engineer.
*Will work with batch operations and process control
*Prefer SIX SIGMA training
*Continuous Improvement will include costs, quality, yields, and increase production outputs while complying with EHS standards and laws
*Provide production support and daily troubleshooting and optimization of corrective actions
*While working with the Plant Project Engineer, will work on some design, estimation and implementation of capital and maintenance projects
*Will interact with R&D on technology transfer and startups of new/improved products
*REQUIRES BS/MS ChE with 5+ years of experience
