Job Description

Manual Therapy Physical Therapist
Mountain View, CA

This Mountain View practice is a cash-based outpatient orthopedic clinic built around unhurried, hands-on care. Every visit is a full hour of one-on-one time, and a full-time caseload runs at roughly 28 patients per week, so clinicians treat at a pace that lets them actually think about the case in front of them.

The team is unusually credentialed, with a high concentration of certified manual therapists, and clinical development is treated as part of the job rather than something you fit in on weekends.

You will carry your own caseload of orthopedic patients and deliver manual therapy for at least half of each session. Because the practice is cash-based, you will also play a direct role in patient retention and progression, guiding people through a full plan of care rather than handing them off after a few visits.

Charting time is paid and supported by AI-generated notes, which keep documentation from spilling into your evenings.

Requirements:
You should be a proven hands-on clinician with an outpatient orthopedic background. Home health and skilled nursing backgrounds are not a clinical fit for this caseload.

There is a strong preference for CFMT, FAAOMPT, or COMT certification, either held or in progress, and for a real history of continuing education: at least two courses per year over the last two years, including manual therapy coursework.
