Job Description

Our client is looking for a hands-on leader and HR Technology ‘pro’ with experience designing and advancing HR digital technologies, HCM solution architecture and analytics to power our Talent Management System (TMS) and provide personalized, scalable, intelligent, and trusted capabilities that scale for growth, deliver business value and enrich the user experience. This role has high visibility with Sr. Leadership and business partners and must be able to flex between strategic vision and operational execution in the design and continuous improvement of global HCM projects that innovate and optimize HR and business processes, while unlocking the power of data and talent insights that increase the Company’s ability to leverage analytics and informed decision-making.

• Play a key role in managing the HR data and technology portfolio, helping to continue to scale the organization globally through insights, self-service, and company-wide reporting and processes.
• Support the development, integration, and execution of the strategic vision for our Global HR systems and talent analytics.
• Help deliver digital HR transformation by designing, configuring and deploying integrated HR solutions fully leveraging our UKG Pro Human Capital Management solution, as our core digital platform including new module deployment and enhancement of existing module solutions (recruiting, onboarding, perf. management, succession planning, learning, employee surveying)
• Optimize and elevate the quality, efficiency, performance, and scalability of our global HR digital platform and supporting processes to further automate and optimize employee service delivery, robust reporting, and workforce/ data analytics to facilitate effective talent management. SME for system integration points and downstream effects.
• Partners with stakeholders from across the business (HR, Finance, IT, Leadership) by bringing deep functional technology expertise, design-thinking strategies and market insights to identify, select, prioritize and deliver HR System enhancements to solve business challenges and enhance the effectiveness of the organization. Define future state digital HR technologies and associated enablement roadmap with business case and financial analysis.
• Active participant in system upgrades, enhancements, new implementations, including but not limited to: Sr. Leadership presentations/report-outs, developing project plans, assigning dept. or vendor resources, managing action items, performing SWOT analyses, project documentation, communication, UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
• Monitor, analyze and evaluate HR system utilization to ensure appropriate and efficient use of applications and support system updates. Make recommendations on enhancement of applications and intelligent automation through augmented technology (conversational AI, extended reality, predictive/prescriptive analytics) that enable efficient delivery and enhance the employee experience and employment journey.
• Manages and monitors system HR data, enhancing key data governance activities and processes to strengthen data integrity and security and satisfy compliance requirements including SOX controls and global data privacy.
• Partner with process owners to support the development and delivery of system training. Engage in the entire lifecycle management of the digital initiatives including change management and adoption and user feedback loops that support continual improvement of the platform.
• Lead large-scale projects to integrate/interface global payroll solutions with UKG Pro to improve data integrity and reduce manual maintenance efforts.
• Responsible for managing vendor and consultant relationships, ensuring metrics to monitor and manage their performance and accountability to critical project timelines.
• Apply analytical data expertise as lead for the development and strategic advancement of global HR metrics, reports and dashboards. Utilize benchmarking and best-practice methods to design and continuously improve actionable and proactive metrics and HR key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive forecasting capabilities and facilitate strategic insights that support the Company’s ability to attract, develop and retain its highly diverse and inclusive workforce.
• Provide functional consultation, problem resolution and support in the design and development of specialized human resource queries, reports, and dashboards, utilizing UKG Pro business intelligence environment as well as visualization tools such as Power BI, Qlik or Tableau.

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in business, IT, or related discipline coupled with 7+ years delivering innovative IT solutions, systems leadership, and strategic planning; OR a minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related discipline coupled with 10+ years delivering innovative IT solutions, system leadership and strategic planning in a global, diversified / manufacturing industry.
• 10-15 years of experience in building HR/Business Intelligence solutions and harmonizing complex global HR system infrastructure and related solutions across the employee lifecycle (payroll, recruiting, onboarding, learning, performance management, etc.)
• ULTI PRO Experience is a must.
• Direct experience with UKG Pro and Workforce Dimensions including implementation and complex configuration to support business and process transformation required.
• Proven experience with BI Cognos tools as well as HR reporting through visualization software such as Power BI, Qlik or Tableau.
• Highly strategic leveraging design-thinking to develop long-range vision, multi-year systems roadmap and growth mindset, focused on innovation to support HR transformation, critical talent management initiatives and enhancement of the employee experience.
• Proven experience executing large-scale change initiatives and implementation of global HR/IT solutions to translate business needs and requirements to actionable system configuration in support of human capital initiatives, increased productivity and cost optimization.
• Strong business and financial acumen. Views problems from a total business perspective, considering economic opportunity, required investment, risks and anticipated paybacks. Seeks out data from several sources to make informed system recommendations and decisions. Ability to create and present compelling business proposals and recommendations.
• Experience managing multiple vendors, contracting, negotiating service level standards.
