Job Description
This full-time, on-site role supports daily HR on special projects but mainly handles payroll for multiple production. The HR Payroll team-member is responsible for administering employee benefits, coordinating onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate personnel records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations. The position also partners closely with finance and leadership to support accurate reporting and a positive employee experience.
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle activities and personnel file maintenance.
• Administer employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and employee communication.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with managers to address basic employee relations matters.
• Reports to HR Director to support reporting accuracy and operational alignment.
Requirements:
• Demonstrated experience in Human Resources, including daily HR payroll along with other duties.
• At least 3 years’ experience
• Proficiency with ADP payroll processes, time and attendance systems, and basic HRIS platforms.
• Experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
