Job Description

As the Chief Marketing Officer, you are the master storyteller. You craft and deliver the message of how we create a better way for our residents to live, through an enhanced lifestyle, authentic community, and cutting-edge technology.

Our client’s dream is to be best in the world at creating homes for their residents. To do that, they focus on finding extraordinary employees and cultivating a strong company culture. This role is a leadership team level role. But it's also a fully hands-on role. The client has about 65 employees. The entire marketing team is currently only one person.

• Develop a marketing strategy that makes the company synonymous with a better way to live
• Drive the creative expression of the brand
• Champion website design to maximize resident experience and conversion
• Manage Google, Facebook, and other online advertising
• Improve our advertising to generate enough leads to maintain a low vacancy
• Lead our SEO efforts
• Improve customer engagement with our social accounts
• Create inspiring video content
• Oversee apartment staging, photography, videos, and 3D scans
• Manage our PR efforts

• Strong storytelling and design ability
• The company currently has staff in IT who are extraordinarily analytical and data-driven. They need someone with a strong emotional sense for what makes great content and what will resonate with residents. While it's important that the CMO understands the analytics, good support from their coworkers will be available in this area.
• Proven track record managing online advertising, improving SEO, and creating inspiring content
• Experience in marketing real estate
