Job Description

The Director of Talent Management will create an employee experience where all teammates can thrive and make an impact. This entrepreneurial leader will design and deliver transformative people strategies resulting in strong recruiting, onboarding, engagement, learning and development, performance, and a welcoming culture that elevates diverse talent and experience. They will drive a culture of learning and engagement across business units by working closely with leaders across the organization.

• Lead client’s Recruiting, Learning & Organizational Development and DE&I (diversity, equity, and inclusion) functions
• Work with leaders across the enterprise as a key business partner to develop strategies which will enable the organization to hire and retain top talent.
• Lead with data and drive seamless process improvements
• Develop and deploy strategies to help managers and business partners produce strong employee engagement results across teams
• Re-envision our approach to performance management to ensure all employees receive timely and productive feedback and opportunities to grow and develop
• Design and facilitate strategic learning opportunities (e.g. onboarding, managerial community of practice, diversity and inclusion)
• Empower and equip managers to successfully lead satisfied teams to meet their goals
• Ensure a seamless onboarding and offboarding experience for all roles
• Manage technology-based systems that enhance the employee life cycle and experience
• Benchmark, assess, enhance, and streamline existing practices and rigorously collect and apply data for ongoing improvement in all aspects of talent management.
• Enable business partners and key business stakeholders to successfully tailor division-specific initiatives and ensure strong implementation.

• Bachelor’s Degree in business, HR, or other related field required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Expertise in talent management with 10 years shaping successful recruitment results and driving the talent and employee experience
• Proven ability to set vision and direction then laterally manage others to meet aligned goals and metrics
• Adept problem-solving skills, including strategic use of data to inform decisions and actions
• Ability to work on multiple projects in concert, both independently and as a member of the Talent team
• Experience in recruiting and successful management of a recruiting/staffing team
• Experience in the development of talent management processes
• Strong relationship building, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated history in advising and gaining traction with executive level stakeholders
• Outstanding knowledge of emerging trends and best practice in learning and development
• Experience managing relationships with third-party resources and vendors
