Client Services Representative – Payroll & HCM
Job Description
 
You will be supporting clients on Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, Employee Self Service, Payroll, and HR systems that are used by thousands of clients throughout the US in a variety of industries.  You will be working on a team of payroll professionals along with our development and management team needed. 
Job Scope 
 
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and team members ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and timely by listening to understand how to resolve client issues.
• Maintain client employee payroll records, time and attendance information, new hires, terminations, benefits, deductions, and support orders.
• Provide excellent customer service while growing your skills and increasing your efficiency utilizing our internal HCM software with multiple programs spanning multiple monitors.
• Processing full-cycle payroll from time & attendance, file feeds and time sheets. 
• Heavy Excel and 10 Key intermediate to advanced skills required.
• Heavy phone communication along with professional email follow up correspondence.
• Look for ways to improve your own efficiency and suggest any improvements to processes that you feel would be beneficial.
• Assist with special projects as needed which may include overtime and weekend work. 
 
Desired Skills and Experience
• Minimum 3 years payroll, HR, Benefits, HCH and SaaS customer service-related experience.
• Computer skills, including Windows Office programs and CRM SalesForce required.
• A passion for excellent customer service and able to keep a cool head under pressure.
• Must be friendly while working in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Proven proficiency in basic system problem resolution through effective communication with clients and team members.
• Bilingual a plus.
