Job Description

Job Summary
The Product Manager is a critical link between the company strategy, and execution through product management. The PM is primarily responsible for overseeing all activities relating to researching, designing and marketing products on behalf of the company. Their duties include completing market research to find out more about competitor products or customer needs, managing the department budget, and coordinating with the customer client facing department within the company to identify potential product defects or customer suggestions.
Reports To
As one of the company’s product managers, the PM will report directly to the Senior Product Manger, and work in close coordination with the software development team.
Key Responsibilities
• Utilize market research to get ideas for products that customers will want
• Help to plan how to market and promote the product to potential clients
• Help to clearly define the product marketing communication objectives
• Compare the company's products to competitor's in order to assess competitiveness within the market
• Specify and oversee the research and technology needed to determine the needs and desires of the clients
• Review and adjust the product schedules to maintain high levels of service to our clients
 
 
Job Qualifications
• +2 years of product management experience
• Experience with marketing tools including enterprise systems and SaaS tools
• 4-year degree
• Ability to analyze and report on key data
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated proficiency and consistency in SaaS product management processes, practices, and policies
• Ability to collaborate; effectively working across multiple levels, roles, and functions in the organization
