Job Description

The Role – Integration Project Manager
AHCM is seeking an Integration Project Manager who will be responsible for the management of software integration projects, working as the conduit between partners, customers, their systems and the AHCM suite. The project manager will ensure there is clarity around specifications and expected deliverables and timing, documenting requirements as needed. Important to this role is being able to sequence work and clearly communicate status to stakeholders.
Responsibilities and Deliverables

• Ensure there is justification for new integrations partner and client integration projects and track success post deployment.
• Create project plans for each integration, being responsible for bringing them to completion.
• Work with partners and customers to determine their needs and requirements for the integrations.
• Perform hands on configuration and testing of integrations between client or vendor systems, troubleshooting initially and ongoing as needed.
• Understand and be conversant on technical integration environments and protocols, including cloud solutions and API technologies.
• Navigate technical decisions be made on project plan requirements and where appropriate doing minor coding/mapping to support the technical requirements.
• Responsible for project plan documentation including development and updating and some development of use case specifications.
• Research to anticipate market and industry trends that could impact future integrations
• Provide ongoing visibility of project progress to senior stakeholders
• Ongoing evaluation and reporting of completed integration projects

Requirements
• Four-year postsecondary education/Bachelor's degree required
• PMBA or higher (preferred)
• Experience producing software development scope/specification documentation
• Ability to motivate Project teams and foster cross functional and intradepartmental communication.
• Direct, hands-on experience working with SaaS, CRM or Project Management technology
• Ability to develop rapport, influence others and maintain strong working relationships while providing constructive feedback regarding product gaps or development
• Superior listening, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read communication styles of team members who come from a broad spectrum of disciplines across all levels of the organization
• Excel, Human Capital Management and SQL Server experience a plus
