As an Account Development Specialist, you will work in partnership with our tenured Houston Market place team. 
Primary Responsibilities:
• Extend existing business partnerships in the Houston marketplace
• Develop and manage web and call-in leads
• Market and develop your own book of business within the Houston marketplace
• Develop a deep understanding of our Human Capital Management system
• Become proficient delivering software demonstrations
Your Impact:
You will work closely with current customers and prospective customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. You will consult with customers on Alliance Payroll Services HCM services to evangelize solutions that will help them reach their business goals and blaze new trails within their organizations.
You will contribute to our business growth in a fast-paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere, as a valued member of our family.
Top Qualifications:
• Desire to develop successful client engagement B2B sales skills.
• Experience developing business relationships. 
• Desire to grow within the SaaS HR solution space.
• Excellent communication skills including facilitation of meetings (via phone or in-person), presentations and product demonstrations.
• A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred
