Major Accounts HCM Sales Executive
Job Description
The Major Accounts HCM Sales Executive will oversee and execute all aspects of the sales cycle including self generating leads, qualifying prospects, identifying their needs, closing the sale, and ensuring transition from the proposal process through a successful on-boarding and integration.
Responsibilities and Deliverables
• Develop and Qualify Leads - Aggressively seek out new business opportunities
• Schedule Initial Appointments to present to business owners in person
• Prepare and Present Proposals - In person and face to face meetings
• Closing Sales and Transitioning the client to on-boarding '
• New Client Follow-UP
Requirements
• 2+ years of proven sales experience
• Internet marketing sales experience (preferred)
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proven Presentation skills
• Extremely organized
• Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Excel and PowerPoint
• Charismatic and personable
Reports To
This position reports to the Regional Vice President of Sales.
