Job Description

Our client, a dynamic and growing organization, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and strengthen their HR function. This role is an excellent opportunity for a confident HR professional who thrives on building compliant, people-focused programs while driving organizational success.

• Ensuring compliance with all Federal and multiple State Employment & Labor laws.
• Overseeing Workers’ Compensation policies and procedures.
• Leading full-cycle recruitment and onboarding initiatives.
• Conducting annual reviews of employee compensation and benefits.
• Managing open enrollment, FMLA, and short-term disability.
• Full accountability for all aspects of payroll.
• Serving on the 401K plan review committee.
• Designing and implementing employee evaluation programs.
• Analyzing exit interview trends and reporting insights to senior leadership.
• Mentoring and developing HR staff to grow capabilities and engagement.
• Partnering with employment attorneys on compliance and policy matters.
• Assessing organizational training needs and rolling out effective programs.
• Participating in disciplinary and grievance processes with fairness and professionalism.

Requirements:
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience in an organization of 100+ employees.
• Proven expertise in FMLA and ADA administration.
• Hands-on experience managing compliance across multiple states.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR best practices.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (required).
• Ability to work onsite in a collaborative team environment.
